Things that made me smile today:

~ Getting my to do list done

~ Talking to my daughter on the phone 😀

~ A good hair day, almost. lol I still have one side that refuses to flip the right way. LOL

~ Cadbury mini cream eggs. Yum!

~ Changing my blog post title to something a little more creative than just the date. lol

~ Driving through water puddles! Especially if there are no pedestrians and I can go fast! 😀 Well, not over the speed limit though. :S

So, what made you smile today? Share please.

I’m still waiting for my friend to get her LO so I can post what the whole thing looks like. She even promised to try to get a pic of her when she opens it, if her DH is home when she gets it. I hope he is cause I’m so excited and only wish I could have given it to her in person to see her reaction. I think it’s my best work yet! And I gave it away. 😥

Hey Suzie! I’ve been thinking about you. Wondering when you were going to give me heck for not updating my blog. lol I knew it had been a long time but didn’t realize it had been this long. Yikes! Stealing time from MB posting to update.

I’m doing okay at eating healthier, even managing to make portions smaller. Haven’t been so good at getting moving. 😛 But I’m feeling better. Can’t wait for the ice to be gone so I can get outside and maybe even on my bike. It needs  a new tire, I think. Have to get it checked out.

So, I’ve been growing my hair out and it’s almost as long as it was 15 years ago. That last time it was long. Feels kind of nice to have hair that is long enough to move. My mom is loving it, she hates when I wear it super short.

Participating in a layout swap and I’m dying to show off the layout I made for my friend. But I can’t until she sees it. I just love it so much! I told DD that I need a layout of a child I don’t know in my scrapbook and that I should just send a copy of the layout. lol Want a sneak peek?

I punched the butterfly, stamped the top, and embossed the back. I love how they turned out.

I won an awesome set of stamps a while back on Adrienne’s Sentiments, http://adriennekennedy.typepad.com/my_weblog/ Check out her blog. Thank you Adrienne! I love them and have been putting them to good use.
